A self-study option for world-class leadership and management training

Harvard ManageMentor® (HMM) is the premier on-demand learning and performance support resource for leadership and management skills development. Fueled by the latest in thinking and proven practices from Harvard Business Publishing's world-class experts, this training program delivers critical leadership and management skills when you need them most. HMM includes 18 modules that incorporate state-of-the-art, media-rich content spanning a full scope of essential management topics, enhancing aviation and travel industry professional training.

IATA self-study courses require between 40 and 120 hours of study to be completed within 12 months from the purchase date (enrollment validity), depending on the course. After the enrollment validity expires, you will not have access to the course content and will not be able to take the exam. You will be granted two free attempts to pass a final exam within the enrollment period.
Management skills through HMM modules:
Each HMM® self-study module requires approximately 2-4 hours of study. Access to the HMM® platform is valid for 6 months (enrollment validity) from the date access is created, with exams administered online.
A certificate of completion will be available for download once the completion criteria are met.
To claim your Leadership & Management Diploma, you must successfully complete both the eligible IATA course and the minimum 10 HMM® modules. You may study as many additional HMM® modules as you wish.
To earn the Leadership & Management Diploma, select one IATA Self-study course from the list of Electives below, which includes access to 18 modules on the HMM© platform.
