Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

As a global organization we are closely monitoring the evolving situation of the COVID-19 pandemic along with the rest of the world. Our highest priority is your health and well-being as well as that of our dedicated team.

To ensure everyone’s safety we needed to cancel and reschedule a large number of classroom courses. If your course has been cancelled or rescheduled, or if you have cancelled your registration (we have waived the late cancellation fees to allow you to reschedule at no cost), please contact our Customer Service team to reschedule your training.

With your safety in mind

  • We are diligently following the guidance and best practice from the WHO
  • Our Customer Service team is available to answer any questions, and provide more information on the many precautions we are taking to protect your health and safety

Our teams are working tirelessly to find the best solutions so that, if you choose, you can continue your learning from wherever you are, even in these times of crisis and isolation:

  • We have introduced virtual classrooms for several of our classroom courses, and will continue to provide a more comprehensive offering in the coming months
  • We are expanding our eLearning portfolio
  • We are assessing the ability to offer virtual in-house training. To request more information, please visit iata.org/training-inhouse

While the environment around us is uncertain, we take comfort in the fact that we have a world-class team and a compassionate and loyal community of students and customers.
