Lima Convention Center
Located in Lima’s cultural district of San Borja, the Lima Convention Center—also known as Convention Center "27 January"—has been hosting major events, conferences, and summits since its opening in 2015, with key cultural institutions like the Museo de la Nación and the Biblioteca Nacional del Perú just steps away.

Administrative Conditions
*Application of local taxes
Peruvian law grants the benefit of 18% VAT exemption to lodging services for natural persons residing outside of Peru whose stay in Peru is a maximum of 60 days for each entry into the country. In order to use this benefit, each guest must present his or her passport with the entry stamp when Checking-In at the hotel. If the requirements established in the law are met, the invoice may be issued individually in the name of a natural person or a Peruvian travel agency. If the established requisites are not met or if there are amendments in the law, regarding this benefit, 18% VAT shall not be exempted, and the company or agency must assume the corresponding cost.
For a foreign guest who does not require an invoiced under a company name and stays less than 60 days in the country, the IGV (18%) is exempted, and only a 10% service charge is added.
For a Peruvian guest or if an invoice is required under a company name, the calculation includes both the 10% service charge and 18% IGV.
